Building Use Fee Schedule

General
All fees shall be paid in advance. Some fees may be waived or reduced at the discretion of the Executive Minister.

Fees will be refunded if the facilities are not available, if the reservation is cancelled by the church prior to the event, orif the reservation is cancelled by the User at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event.  Any termination that occurs during an event shall be addressed in the Facility Use Agreement.
Damage Deposit
A refundable $500 building damage deposit is required when the Facility Use Agreement is submitted to TSCOC. The fee is to be applied against any damage incurred, if applicable, but otherwise it is returned to the facility user at the end of their use term.
Facility Use Fees
We do not charge a fee to use our facilities. We reserve the right to allow/not allow any group or organization to use our facilities.
Event Director (a member of TSCOC)
$50* an hour with a three-hour minimum (1 hour prior to make sure facility is ready, eventtime, 1 hour after the event to make sure everything is secure and locked up.If the group is doing an early set-up, the Event Director will meet them at the time of the set-up to walk them through the logistics.

Production Team Member
Some events will only require one team member. The fee is $50* an hour with a three-hour minimum (1 hour prior to make sure the facility is ready, event time, 1 hour after the event to make sure everything is back in place for our ministries.

With each additional team member, the fee is $50 an hour with a three-hour minimum (1 hour prior to make sure facility is ready, event time, 1 hour after the event to make sure everything is back in place for our ministries.
